SILENCE TO SIGNALS MONTHLY SCHOLARSHIP: OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor. Digitlytics, 12603 Blazing Star Ln, Victorville, CA 92392 ("Sponsor"). Sponsor offers the Silence to Signals Monthly Scholarship.
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry and are the parent or legal guardian of a non-speaking or minimally speaking autistic child. Employees and contractors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.
3. Separate monthly drawings. Each calendar month is a separate promotion with its own entry period and one prize. The first entry period begins when this promotion is first published, on September 30, 2026, and ends October 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Each later entry period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the second-to-last day of that month. Sponsor may end the program by posting a notice on the entry page; any entry period already open will be completed.
4. How to enter. Complete the entry form at silencetosignals.com/page/scholarship with your first and last name, a valid email address and a valid US phone number. One entry per person per entry period. Duplicate entries, including more than one entry under the same name, email address or phone number, will be voided. Entries made by automated means are void.
5. Each month stands alone. Entries are not carried forward. An entry counts only in the drawing for the entry period in which it was made. To be considered in a later month, enter again during that month's entry period.
6. Drawing. On or about the last day of each month, Sponsor will select one winner at random from all eligible entries for that period using a digital random-selection wheel. The drawing is broadcast live on the Silence to Signals Facebook Page. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Prize. One prize per drawing: lifetime enrollment in Silence to Signals: The Flagship Parent Course, including the full course (6 modules, 24 lessons), Signal Community™ membership, Signal Translator™ AI access, and the monthly live Q&A with Dr. Catherine C. Acotto, as provided to enrolled members at the time the prize is awarded. Approximate retail value: $1,997. The prize has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash. No cash alternative will be given. The prize is not transferable. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value only if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
8. Winner notification. The winner will be notified by email and phone on the day of the drawing and must respond within 48 hours of that notice to claim the prize and confirm eligibility. A winner who does not respond within 48 hours forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner will be drawn. As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner must sign and return Sponsor's Winner Release and Participation Agreement and an IRS Form W-9 within seven days of claiming the prize. In it, the winner agrees to be photographed and recorded for Silence to Signals publicity and to take part in the student questionnaires and surveys provided during enrollment. If a winner can't be reached, doesn't reply, doesn't return the signed agreement, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner will be drawn. The winner may be asked to sign a declaration of eligibility and, as required by law, to provide a Form W-9; Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for a prize valued at $600 or more. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.
9. Publicity. The wheel shows entrants by first name and last initial only. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their first name and last initial, city and state, photographs, likeness, voice and statements to announce the winner and promote Silence to Signals, as set out in the Winner Release and Participation Agreement, except where prohibited by law. No name, image or identifying detail of the winner's child is used without the winner's separate written consent.
10. Your information. Entry information is used to run the drawing and to send email from Silence to Signals, including The Transition Signal Guide. Every email includes a link to stop receiving them.
11. Platforms. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Reddit. Entrants release those platforms from any liability connected with it.
12. General. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with entry or breaks these rules, and may cancel or modify a drawing if fraud or a technical failure affects its fairness. Sponsor's decisions are final. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California.
13. Entrants who have already enrolled. Enrolling in Silence to Signals does not enter you in a drawing and does not improve your odds; every entry is made through the entry form. The refund applies only when the winner's tuition payment and winning entry fall in the same calendar month: if an eligible entrant who paid tuition for Silence to Signals during that month's entry period is selected as that month's winner, Sponsor will refund the tuition paid in that month, in full, in place of a second enrollment. Tuition paid in any earlier month is not refundable under this rule, whatever month the entrant is later drawn in.
14. Winner's name. For the first name and last initial of a month's winner, write to Sponsor at the address above or email cnccourses@gmail.com within 60 days of that drawing.
